Mduduzi Mthanti

Mduduzi Mthanti is an enthusiastic individual, passionate about people and personal development. His first love has been Information Technology (IT) where he has over 15 years of experience in the industry working in different roles where now is currently an IT Infrastructure Operations Leader. The focus on the role is to ensure that IT Operations Strategy is implemented everyday in a 24by7 Service Delivery to business.

Mduduzi is an entrepreneur, businessman, Master of Ceremonies and a Public Speaker, a director of a property company in Gauteng, Hexad Investment Property, and a side business of Vending Machines. He believes that everything that he has learned in business and entrepreneurship is worth sharing with young people in communities at large. He uses his communication skills and leadership skills to deliver such material to the young people as a Master of Ceremonies and Public Speaker. Mduduzi is mentoring and coaching young people in historical disadvantaged schools to upskill and offer guidance on lives and careers they aspire to lead.

Mduduzi’s ultimate goal is to enable members of communities to realized their abilities and opportunities that lie around them that they can be and do anything they aspire to, just like he has done since he started working and realized the opportunities that were given to him.
